LUK, KAM MAN KAM

“In some respects, art creation has made something tangible out of the inner self.”
Kam (b. 1997) is a young artist from Hong Kong, China. Her artwork explores a repetitive and mundane process, pushing her own sense of feeling into something meditative; transforming a simple action into inner psychological landscapes.
Kam's current work has borrowed from the traditions of op-art to employ large-scale drawings, using the process to abandon reality and introspect on her own sense of self. The intention is to create a space where people can reflect on their own and get closer the connection between oneself and others.
